Experiential Workshop on “Managing Negative Criticism”

In today’s labour market, we are increasingly called upon to develop skills that strengthen and empower us personally and professionally, so that we can become more effective and well-rounded professionals. One of these skills is learning how to make use of criticism, especially negative criticism, as an opportunity for growth.
In the group counseling workshop entitled “Managing Negative Criticism”, we will have the opportunity to work on issues that will help participants manage criticism in the workplace and approach it in a constructive way.
⚠️It is addressed to D.U.Th. students in their 5th semester or above who wish to develop self-efficacy and self-improvement skills at a professional level.

Method: the meeting will be held remotely and synchronously via the Microsoft Teams platform.
